It's cold. It's January. It happens. Welcome to winter.
Maybe you're a fair weather runner. You prefer your runs between 45-65 degrees. Maybe you like it hot and 80+ is your jam. Maybe, just maybe you like it cold. Perhaps you're one of the crazies that prefers it in the 20s. Just kidding - you're not weird... Whatever you prefer, you can't have it your way all the time if you live in Missouri. So, you might as well adapt and head out the door.
For those of you who have decided to hop off the treadmill and out of the gym to brave the outdoors, here are a few cold weather training tips for you.
